The Green Bay Packers currently sit in the 10th spot in the NFC playoff picture. They need to win out and have a few games go their way in order to make it. Here's how it will need to play out:
The most likely scenario in which the Packers will make the playoffs if:
1 - They beat Minnesota and Chicago
2 - The 49ers beat the Rams in week 18
How can week 18 turn into a win and you're in game for the Packers when they host Chicago at Lambeau Field?
The Packers have a 95% chance to make the postseason if they beat the Vikings and Bears. If the Bears beat the Falcons, Steelers beat the Seahawks and the Packers beat the Vikings this week, Bears - Packers in week 18 will be a win-and-in scenario for Green Bay.

This is incorrect. If seattle wins out, they will be the 6 seed. That leaves the 7 seed that numerous teams are playing for. IF the Packers end up at 9-8 and are tied with the Rams and Saints, we are in. If the Packers end up at 9-8 and are tied with the Rams and Falcons, we are in. But if the Packers end up at 9-8 and are ONLY tied with the Falcons, with the Rams and Saints both at 8-9, then the Falcons are in. So your scenario is only true if the Rams also beat the Giants this week or the Falcons also lose the to Bears.
