How do the Packers find leadership at WR?

With such a young, thin WR room, what should the Packers do to help out new QB1, Jordan Love? Of course drafting some more young talent is an option but this room needs a veteran. Someone who can lead and help the young trio of Watson, Doubs, and Toure.
Looking at the Packers WR depth chart currently; Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Samori Toure, Bo Melton, & Jeff Cotton have a combined 88 catches for 1,118 yards & 12 TD. With two of them accounting for 0 catches and 0 yards. The five are an average age of just 23.6 years old. Needing a veteran in the room is an understatement.
Aside from Odell Beckham Jr., the options are dwindling as free agency has come and gone with the big name free agent WR's having signed by now. So what does Green Bay do? At this point OBJ is not likely as he doesn't fit the direction the team is moving at the price he would cost. That is also my inner GB fandom knowing how stingy the front office is when it comes to a player like Beckham Jr.
With little room to add a big contract, what remaining free agents could Gutekunst and company add. One that comes to mind is the seven-time Pro Bowler Julio Jones. No he’s not what he once was but he has a lot to offer off the field. Jones could be a perfect leader to the eyes of Watson and Doubs. Last week at the owners meeting Head Coach Matt LaFluer made it clear they want to add to the receiver room and Julio Jones could be the veteran leadership they desperately need. With letting Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb walk this off-season, not only did the pack lose their on field production but also the off-field mentorship. Jones caught 24 passes for 299 yards last season with 2 touchdowns in Tampa after being limited to 10 games due to injuries.
With the Aaron Rodgers trade still looming and compensation still up to discussion, the Jets WR Corey Davis could be another target for Green Bay. Davis has a past with LaFluer from their days in Tennessee. Davis is still just 28 years old and has a year left on his contract. The Packers could forego multiple draft picks in the Rodgers trade and settle for one along with an asset in Davis.
There is a lot of uncertainty to what the Packers offense is going to look like this year without the familiar faces, but there are still options out there. Will Green Bay make a move to add a veteran or trust in the next generation of this offense? Juilio Jones is just one option that I think would be a good fit for the price. Time will tell with what GM Brian Gutekunst and Head Coach Matt LaFluer have in mind for an important addition to the WR room and potential impact on Jordan Love's development.
