What do you think? I went through the Packers roster and counted a total of 7 guys who are in or around the conversation to be in the top-5 of their position across the league.

LT - David Bakhtiari

I know the last two years have been a whirlwind to say the least with DBak, but when he's healthy, he is one of the best LT's in the game. Let's hope this season he can start out healthy and finish the year on the field as the last two seasons we didn't know each week whether he'd be out there playing or on the sidelines in street clothes.

CB - Jaire Alexander

Jaire has proven time and time again that he can cover the best receivers in the NFL... That is if Joe Barry will let him. He shut down Justin Jefferson, who some say is the NFL's WR1, last season in their second showdown where Jaire actually got to cover him a decent amount. He's going to be stepping into an even bigger role of being a leader this season with the absence of veterans now missing from the locker room such as Rodgers, Lewis, Cobb & Crosby. I think he'll take over as one of the now-veteran leaders for this team.

RB - A Jones

Aaron Jones in my opinion is one of the most underrated players in the entire NFL. I think so underrated, that even his own team has been guilty of underrating him. They for sure have been guilty of not feeding him the ball as often as he deserves. This season, that has to change. I think with a healthy workload on offense, Aaron Jones is easily a top-5 RB in all of football.

DT - K Clark

The last two seasons Kenny Clark has faced some scrutiny, but I think that with some more help along the defensive line this season he will not be facing as many double teams as he has over the last two years. With nobody else to draw attention away, he's been the lone wolf as far as battling offensive lineman game in and game out going on 2 seasons now. With a healthy Rashan Gary at some point this season, and the addition of some young talent and hopefully the emergence of Devonte Wyatt, I think Kenny Clark will go back to his old dominating self.

KR - Kiesean Nixon

This one is easy, Keisean Nixon was a 1st Team All-Pro for a reason last year. He is undoubtedly in my opinion the best kick returner in the NFL and I'm excited to watch a full season of play from Nixon.

G - Elgton Jenkins

Elgton Jenkins last season was coming off of a torn ACL, and with David Bakhtiari being unavailable for periods of time last season, Elgton tried to fill in at tackle and it did not go well. Once he was plugged back in at G, he started to play like his typical self pre-injury. The 2X Pro Bowler has proven that he can play at a high level at any of the interior positions along the offensive line. With a clear plan going into this season at G, I think Elgton can climb his way into the top-5 at that position.

LB - De'Vondre Campbell

De'Vondre Campbell racked up 146 combined tackles the season before last and was selected as a 1st Team All-Pro. Last season was a different story. With only 96 combined tackles and a rookie in Quay Walker alongside him, it was an overall down year. If he can get any of the juice back he played with in 2021, he will be in the top-5 for his position.
